Meet the Organizer- Nikki Lytle, PA
As someone who has struggled with mental health issues,
Nikki knows how difficult it is to deal with your emotions and seek professional help. Her personal experience inspired her to help others who are working towards overcoming their own mental health battles, and Mental Health 1st was born. Nikki's ultimate goal is to make it socially acceptable to talk about mental health without the stigma it can bring.
Personal Life
Nikki is a loving wife and mother, as well as an accomplished physician assistant and public speaker. She is also the author of the book
“About Suicide; Memoir of Jane Doe”.
You can purchase her book on Amazon or through our online store.
